This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
Colac Pistachio Topping Sauce brings a soft green colour and a nutty pistachio taste to gelato, sundaes, tarts and cheesecakes, and it earns its place in every season, not only the summer.
It is made in Belgium and comes in a 1kg squeeze bottle whose anti-drip cap keeps the counter clean between servings.
What is in Colac Pistachio Sauce?
Real pistachio nuts make up 7.5% of the recipe, alongside sweetened condensed milk, glucose-fructose syrup and sugar. Modified corn starch and carrageenan give it body, and copper chlorophyllins (E141) deepen the green. It contains milk and pistachio nuts, and is suitable for vegetarians.
How to Use Pistachio Sauce
Drizzle it over a scoop of vanilla or chocolate gelato, ripple it through soft serve, or pipe fine lines across a baked cheesecake or a fruit tart. A spoonful folded into whipped cream makes a quick pistachio cream for layering in glasses. Keep the bottle out of the light at no more than 25°C; sealed, it has a two-year life.
