The Favorich brand originally launched in 1995 and firstly became known for its quality in cocoa powders. Today, the UK facility in Suffolk uses state-of-the-art equipment and traditional manufacturing techniques to produce a variety of cocoa powders, chocolate couvertures and bake stable chips and chunks. Keylink’s range of Favorich products includes three versatile cocoa powders, and both milk and dark chocolate. Our couvertures include a versatile 30% milk chocolate (coming soon), a silky-smooth 34% milk chocolate, an indulgent 53% dark chocolate and a cocoa-rich 70% dark, all of which come in easy-to-melt buttons and are ideal for moulding and coating. Our Favorich bake stable chocolate products are available in a 30% milk chocolate or a 44% dark chocolate, and both come in chip and chunk form!
Fully-segregated production lines means their dark chocolate products are certified Dairy-Free and Vegan Society registered, plus all products are Halal and many are Kosher.
Favorich’s parent company, GCB Cocoa, is the leading cocoa processor in Asia, and one of the largest globally.
Sustainability sits firmly at the heart of GCB Cocoa’s strategy. Through its four sustainability pillars, the group works to improve farmer livelihoods, protect the environment and strengthen transparency across the supply chain. GCB Cocoa is already EUDR compliant, meeting the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation and giving you added confidence in the traceability and responsible sourcing of the cocoa you use.
The GCB Cocoa Group not only includes Favorich, but also Schokinag; a favourite of Keylink customers for over 35 years. Founded in 1923, Schokinag has over 90 years of chocolate-making heritage, and is now recognised as a key industrial chocolate manufacturer in Europe. For the time being we will be stocking Schokinag’s 30% white chocolate couverture and their dark chocolate chips and chunks alongside Favorich’s core range.
