Choc-o-nut is Colac's chocolate and hazelnut topping sauce: hazelnuts and cocoa in a 1kg bottle with an anti-drip cap, ready to go straight onto a sundae.

It is made in Belgium from sugar, rapeseed oil, hazelnuts, fat-reduced cocoa and skimmed milk powder, which gives it a sweet, nutty chocolate taste. It contains hazelnuts and milk, and it is suitable for vegetarians. For a paler finish, Colac also make a White Choc-o-nut.

Chocolate and Hazelnut in One Bottle 

Choc-o-nut does the job of a chocolate sauce and a hazelnut topping at once. Pair it with vanilla ice cream, use it as an indulgent finish on a cheesecake, or go all out and top a double chocolate milkshake and whipped cream with lashings of it. On waffles, pancakes and crêpes it gives you chocolate and hazelnut in a form you can drizzle.

On the Counter 

Pour it straight from the bottle, or fit our pump dispenser, made for the Colac topping sauces, for easy use at busy times. It works as well on a dessert menu as on a shake counter: a ribbon over a plated cheesecake, a swirl through a sundae glass, a drizzle over a stack of waffles. Store the bottle dark and dry at up to 25°C; unopened, it keeps for 18 months.
