This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
Fresh and minty, Colac Mint Topping Sauce is made for mint choc chip and chocolate ice cream, and it is the base of a mojito-style milkshake.
Colac produce it in Belgium and supply it in a 1kg bottle, capped to stop drips between servings.
What Gives Colac Mint Sauce Its Flavour?
Mint extract, at 0.4% of the recipe, carries the taste. Around it sit glucose-fructose syrup, sugar and water, thickened with corn starch and pectin and sharpened with citric acid. The green comes from brilliant blue (E133) and safflower extract. It is a vegan sauce, so vegetarians are covered too, and Colac declare no major allergens in it at all.
How to Use Mint Sauce
Ripple it through chocolate gelato, or drizzle it over a scoop of mint choc chip for a double hit of mint. For a mojito milkshake, blend gelato with white lemonade, drizzle the sauce into the glass, and finish with fresh mint leaves. It also lifts a chocolate brownie, a hot chocolate or a chocolate mousse. Unopened, the bottle keeps for 24 months in a dark, dry place at up to 25°C.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
