Fillings and Flavouring Masses
We have a diverse range of specially developed filling and flavouring masses, which allow you to create unique and delicious centres for your chocolates. Some of these are ready to use, such as hazelnut cremes and giandujas. Others may be used to add flavour to a mass, such as nut pastes or pralinés.
