Fillings and Flavouring Masses

There is an incredibly diverse range of specially developed filling and flavouring masses available which allow you to create unique and delicious centres for your chocolates. Some of these are ready-to-use, such as hazelnut cremes and giandujas, whilst others may be used to flavour a mass, such as nut pastes or pralinés.
