Deliciously unique, this 70% pistachio praline has a vibrant, green appearance. Grown in the Mediterranean, and lightly roasted for a fresh, authentic flavour, it’s perfect for chocolate fillings, crémeux, gelato and sauces, and ideal for decoration.
Callebaut select the finest pistachios from orchards in Spain, Italy and Turkey, picking them when they're perfectly sun-ripened and roasting them to ensure a fresh, authentic flavour that adds vibrancy and depth to many chocolate products.
Applications
Chocolate:
- Fill chocolate bars and bonbons - pipe as a fine layer in chocolate bars or fill bonbons
- Flavour ganache - add straight from the bucket to ganache for flavour and colour
Bakery & Patisserie:
- Flavour creams and fillings - mix into crèmes, bavarois, buttercreams, glazes and confectionery fillings for a fresh nut taste
- Flavour cakes and cookies - add to cake batter and cookie dough for a delicious nutty flavour
- Fill sandwich biscuits - pipe or spread between biscuits as a sandwiched biscuit filling
- Glaze doughnuts and muffins - add to glazes for doughnuts, muffins and pastries
- Filling for chocolate tarts - combine with tempered chocolate and pipe into pre-baked tart cases
Ice Cream & Gelato:

- Ice cream ripple - swirl into ice cream and gelato for a fantastic ripple effect

- Add to mirror glazes - add to neutral glazes for a delicious nut flavoured glaze for cakes and desserts

- Make chocolate nut spread - stir into warmed Chocolate Crema and pipe into jars, allow to set and use as chocolate spread

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
UK Highlands/Islands and Republic of Ireland
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- Orders will be dispatched on a 2 day service
- Delivery will be charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.
Palleted deliveries
- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
