Table-Top Melters
Martellato dry heat, table-top, chocolate melters can be used for small scale production of pralines and chocolate shapes, as well as in ice-cream shops for the decoration of ice creams. Removable basin made of anodized aluminium.
The Digital Meltinchocs are fitted with an external temperature probe which directly measures the temperature of the chocolate, unlike typical analogue melters which only measure the air temperature inside the machine. This facilitates better temperature control and easier tempering. The Mini Meltinchocs are ideal when you only need small amounts of chocolate, such as coloured chocolate, or when dipping.
