Our Colombian single origin couvertures come from Luker Chocolate, a family-owned company that has made cocoa products at origin since 1906 and is now B Corporation certified. Luker make their chocolate at source from Fino de Aroma beans, using undeodorised cocoa butter from the same beans and local sugar, so every ingredient is traceable.
What Does Colombian Chocolate Taste Like?
Colombia is home to over 45,000 species of flora, around 20% of the world's plant species, and that diversity shapes the flavour of its cacao. Luker's own conching method adds a distinctive taste and silky mouthfeel.
