Cake Strips

Cake strips, widely used to support flans and tortes, are supplied in rolls of 100m and are available in a range of widths. Printed or patterned cake strips are also available to order in both AZO-Free and Non AZO-Free options. Please contact the sales office for information on Personalised Cake Strips. Petit Four strips are great for creating layered and decorated chocolates where you can see exactly what you're getting! Just lock the tabs on the strips into place to erect the cylinder, place on a PVC or non-stick baking sheet and pipe your layers.
