Callebaut White Chocolate, W2 - a classic recipe loved the world over!
Callebaut W2 white Belgian chocolate is one of the original recipes - and there’s a good reason why it’s remained enduringly popular throughout the decades!
And when we say it’s Belgian, we mean Belgian! It’s made with milk from Belgian cows, and its sugar is locally grown, too.
It gives a good all-round flavour too - no extremes here - just a fantastically tasty, creamy white chocolate which tastes far superior to the cheap, sugary white chocolate you might have grown up eating!
Can I use W2 for everything?
One of the reasons W2 is so well known is because it’s a chocolate you can rely on. Use it to make your chocolate bars, ganache, ice cream, mousse, in baking - you name it! It tempers consistently well and will give a lovely shine and snap.

Can I use callets for hot chocolate?
W2 makes a fantastic hot chocolate, and you could add your own flavour oils, such as mint or chai spices. We also sell a Callebaut white chocolate powder for using to make hot and cold drinks.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
UK Highlands/Islands and Republic of Ireland
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- Orders will be dispatched on a 2 day service
- Delivery will be charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.
Palleted deliveries
- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
