This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
For a zesty finish on a hot day, Colac Lemon Topping Sauce adds a bright yellow streak of lemon to soft serve, cheesecake and pancakes.
Picture it: a scorcher down at the beach, a whipped ice cream from the server, and a drizzle of lemon to tie it all together. Made in Belgium, it is packed in 1kg bottles with anti-drip caps.
Where Does the Lemon Flavour Come From?
Mostly from a natural flavouring, backed up by lemon juice and lemon oil, with citric acid for the sharp, zesty edge. Riboflavin (E101) gives the sauce its sunny yellow. The base is glucose-fructose syrup and water. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
How to Use Lemon Sauce
Drizzle it over vanilla soft serve, a lemon or berry sorbet, or a baked cheesecake, or squeeze it over pancakes in place of lemon and sugar. It also lifts a meringue sundae or a yoghurt bowl. Store it dark and dry, at 25°C or cooler, and an unopened bottle is good for 24 months. You can even use a pump dispenser on the bottle, for ease of use.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
