This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
One squeeze of ripe strawberry, exactly where you want it - our Kessko strawberry flavour compound is built on 20% strawberry juice concentrate, coloured with beetroot juice and plant concentrates, and packed in a 1kg squeeze bottle that doses straight into the bowl.
It is the most concentrated strawberry on our flavourings shelf: 40 to 50g flavours a whole kilo of mix, under half the dose the jarred compounds work at for fillings, so one bottle goes a long way and the texture of your base stays exactly as you made it.
How to Use Strawberry Flavour Compound
Work at 40 to 50g per kilo of mix and stir through evenly. It flavours ganache, buttercream, creme patissiere, ice cream and gelato bases, mousses and marshmallow - or pipe it into milk chocolate shells with fondant for a classic strawberry creme. Store it cool and well closed.

Strawberry is happiest next to cream, vanilla and chocolate - milk and white especially.

Mainland UK
- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.

- Delivery will be charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.
Palleted deliveries
- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
