How to use coloured cocoa butters:
Open the bottle cap and heat in the microwave for 1 min 20 seconds (based on 800w microwave). The product needs to reach 40-50°C. Replace the cap and give it a shake before using. You can then use the cocoa butters direct into the mould as décor, or in an airbrush. Please note that if these sparkling butters are used direct into white chocolate they will colour it, but they won't retain their sparkle.
