This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
The rose cream is one of the oldest flavours in the English chocolate box, and this is the way to achieve it - MSK's English Rose Flavour Compound is a dark red, transparent concentrate that carries both the flavour and a soft pink blush into whatever it meets, with no petals to steep and no rosewater to reduce.
How to Use English Rose Flavour Compound
Stir in at 80 to 100g per litre of mix, and mix well before use. That dose suits fondant and buttercream centres, ganache, ice cream bases, panna cotta and Turkish delight-style jellies. It is a concentrate that colours as it flavours, so for paler work start below the guide dose and build to the shade you want. Store the pot tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
