Get creative with chocolate fillings and spreads! We have a diverse range of specially developed fillings, allowing you to create unique and delicious centres for your chocolates. Some of these are ready-to-use, such as hazelnut cremes and giandujas. Others can be used to add flavour to a mass, such as nut pastes or pralinés. Our selection of spreads includes patisserie glazes for pastries, cheesecakes and entremets, as well as nut pastes, caramels and toffee spreads. These sumptuous spreads can be used to fill, flavour and decorate your bakes, and the Dulce de Leche is even bakestable, so it’s perfect for adding delicious bulbs of toffee flavour to traybakes!
