This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
A dessert served in its own chocolate teacup, handle and all. Each box holds 540 dark chocolate hollow cream cups — crisp 3.7g shells, 31mm across and 17mm deep, moulded as miniature cups complete with a little handle on the side (the 31mm excludes it).
Like a truffle shell, the work is already done: no moulds, no unmoulding, just a cup that is ready to fill. Unlike a truffle shell, it needs no cap and no enrobing — the shape itself is the presentation.
How to Use Hollow Cream Cups
Pipe in whatever the menu calls for — whipped ganache, coffee or liqueur cream, mousse or salted caramel — and the cup goes straight out to the counter or the plate. Finish the top with a rosette, a dusting of cocoa or a single chocolate-coated coffee bean.
At 31mm they sit as happily on an afternoon tea stand as beside an espresso, and one box turns into 540 petit fours without a mould in sight.
