Colac White Choc-o-nut Topping Sauce is a creamy, pale milk and hazelnut sauce for gelato, ice cream, hot and cold drinks and desserts.
Made in Belgium, it is bottled at 1kg with an anti-drip cap for tidy pouring.
What Does White Choc-o-nut Taste Of?
Despite the name, this is not a chocolate sauce. It is made from sugar, rapeseed oil, whey powder, hazelnuts at 11.1% and skimmed milk powder, with sunflower lecithin as the emulsifier, so the taste is sweet, milky and nutty. It contains milk and hazelnuts, and Colac class this sauce as vegetarian.
How to Use White Choc-o-nut Sauce
Swirl it across a scoop of gelato or vanilla ice cream, or drizzle it across pancakes and waffles at the counter. Stir a spoonful into a hot milk or a latte for a hazelnut note, or blend it into an iced coffee. It is moreish on a baked cheesecake too. Unopened, it has an 18-month life in a dry, dark cupboard at 25°C or under.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
