This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
Colac Glucose-Fructose Syrup is a clear liquid sweetener for desserts, sorbets and cocktails, made in Belgium and sold in a 1kg squeeze bottle.
The anti-drip cap lets you pour exactly what the recipe needs and keeps the neck of the bottle clean between uses.
What Is Glucose-Fructose Syrup?
It is a syrup of glucose and fructose, and Colac list it as the one and only ingredient. Nothing else goes into the bottle. Each 100g carries 65g of sugars, with no fat and almost no salt. Colac declare none of the 14 major allergens, and the syrup is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
How to Use Colac Glucose-Fructose Syrup
Because it is already liquid, there is no sugar to dissolve. Measure it straight into a sorbet base, a dessert sauce or a cocktail shaker, then stir or shake as usual. Taste as you go, since a little goes a long way in a cold drink. Kept in a cool, dark, dry place at 0-25°C, an unopened bottle lasts 36 months.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.

- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- Orders will be dispatched on a 2 day service
- Delivery will be charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.
Palleted deliveries
- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
