White chocolate flavour profile
This non-hydrogenated coating is a wonderful way to add that classic white chocolate flavour profile to your baking creations. Enrobe, drizzle or dip for great results every time.
Why coating?
While they look similar on the surface, coating chocolate and ‘standard’ chocolate actually offer two very different results. Coatings are products that allow you to simply melt and start working. This means you can use it as a quick solution to drizzle onto a cake or dip a slice of marzipan into with fabulous visual results. If you were to temper and use traditional chocolate chips in the same manner, you would get a more glossy finish and a harder snap but without the benefit of simply melting and pouring, as this would require tempering which isn’t always the easiest in baking environments.
What is enrobing?
Sometimes described as a ‘waterfall of chocolate’, this process glazes your product in chocolate, to give it a hard outer shell and a glossy finish. An example of enrobing would be dipping a filled truffle shell in tempered chocolate (or a coating, in this case) to seal the filling and add an appealing finish. Ideal for a shop display of your finest chocolate works.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).

- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.

- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.

- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- Orders will be dispatched on a 2 day service
- Delivery will be charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.
Palleted deliveries
- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
- Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- There is no extra charge for palleted deliveries
