Lemon FrappShake

Ingredients
- 750g Colac Complete Neutral Base Mix (SGC1006)
- 1l Semi Skimmed Milk
- 3l Water
- 400g Colac Lemon Flavour Compound
Method
We love these super-thick, lemon ice cream milkshakes, especially in the sunshine! Sweet, zesty and delicious, they're the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. Top with whipped cream and lemon topping sauce for a fabulous spring or summer treat!
How to Make a Lemon FrappShake:
If you would like to make your FrappShake richer then use whole milk instead of semi skimmed.
- Heat the milk to 70°c
- Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes
- Add the water and lemon flavour paste then blend
- Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn
- Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!
