Lemon FrappShake

Ingredients

  • 750g Colac Complete Neutral Base Mix (SGC1006)
  • 1l Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 3l Water
  • 400g Colac Lemon Flavour Compound

Method

We love these super-thick, lemon ice cream milkshakes, especially in the sunshine! Sweet, zesty and delicious, they're the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. Top with whipped cream and lemon topping sauce for a fabulous spring or summer treat!

How to Make a Lemon FrappShake:

If you would like to make your FrappShake richer then use whole milk instead of semi skimmed. 

  1. Heat the milk to 70°c 
  2. Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes 
  3. Add the water and lemon flavour paste then blend 
  4. Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn 
  5. Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!

Enjoyed this recipe? We decorated ours with whipped cream, lemon topping sauce and candied lemon. But you can decorate yours however you like!
