Premium quality candied lemon peel strips from SOC Chef, ideal for dipping and enrobing in chocolate, or using just as they are!
Made from two varieties of lemons harvested in Spain, these 6–7 cm candied lemon peel strips are preserved using frozen storage to protect the natural flavour and colour characteristics of the fruit. Made using fruit with very little pith and not containing sulphites, they’re a delicious addition to any white chocolate and lemon blondie or mousse!

Troubleshooting
The product is susceptible to the natural crystallisation of sugars and it is best to avoid low temperatures. If crystallisation does occur, to separate the strips, they must be put in a solution of water with sugar. Mix 1 L of water with 700 g of sugar, heat at 50–55 ºC, then put the strips inside. The sugar will melt and the strips will separate easily.

- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
