Using Ginger Spice Drops 

Count two drops for every half teaspoon of grated ginger in the method, then taste before adding more. Added late, the flavour stays brighter: beat the drops into a ganache once it is smooth, or stir them through a glaze or icing. For a drink, put the drops in the cup first and pour the hot water on top. Shake the bottle before use and close it tightly.
