Product Information

Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby…

In a luscious pink finish, this ground Ruby chocolate powder is a wonderful way to create an all-natural pastel pink drink! Filled with fruitiness and sour notes plus a smooth mouthfeel, we’re sure this will please any chocolate lover.

How to use Van Houten Ruby Chocolate Drink Powder

Simply mix 35g of Ruby chocolate powder with 200ml of milk (cold milk will require the powder to be blended so it combines) and you’re good to go.

Why stop there?

While you’ve now got a fantastic-looking Ruby base, it would be rude not to take it one step further and get experimental with some recipes…
