A vibrant colour
The E171 free is a vibrant colour range perfect for anyone in need of a striking colour palette, whilst ensuring your product is E171 free! We recommend trying this cocoa butter out on a white chocolate for the most dynamic results. Take a look at the cocoa butters in action here!
Preparing and using coloured cocoa butter
This butter does not arrive in liquid form and as such, will need to be gently heated into a liquid. We recommend heating in intervals of 10 seconds in a microwave and shaking the bottle between each heating session. Repeat until the butter begins to reach its liquid state.
When you’re ready, start getting creative and colour your creations! We’ve put a few ideas below to get you started:
- Take a paint brush and paint shapes and swirls into your mould
- Flick in flecks of the butter with a toothbrush for a splatter effect
- Use a spray gun for partial or full coverage in a chocolate mould or directly onto your chocolate
Please note, this product is E171 free and may require a couple of coatings to get full colour coverage.
Any orders for the 1kg tubs are ‘to order’ and as such cannot be cancelled. Should you need to return these once delivered, a 10% handling fee would be applied to the original cost of the order.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
UK Highlands/Islands and Republic of Ireland
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- Orders will be dispatched on a 2 day service
- Delivery will be charged as a percentage of the order value, subject to a minimum delivery charge per order.
Palleted deliveries
- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
- Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day
- There is no extra charge for palleted deliveries
