Colac Passion Fruit Topping Sauce has a true-to-life passion fruit taste, sharp and fragrant, that turns a plain scoop of ice cream into something more refreshing on a hot day.
Passion fruit juice makes up 15.7% of the sauce, which Colac produce in Belgium and fill into 1kg anti-drip bottles.
Is Passion Fruit Sauce Good in Drinks?
Yes, and that is one of its best uses. Paint the walls of a glass with it before pouring in iced tea, lemonade or a smoothie, or stir it into sparkling water for a quick summer cooler. The flavouring is natural and no colour is added. Vegans and vegetarians can both enjoy it, and no major allergen appears on Colac's ingredient list.
How to Use Passion Fruit Sauce
Drizzle it over vanilla, coconut or mango ice cream, spoon it onto a pavlova or a cheesecake, or use it to decorate the top of a summer drink. On a busy counter, our pump dispenser for Colac topping sauces speeds up portioning. Store the bottle dark and dry, below 25°C; unopened, it keeps for 24 months.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
