Colac Cappuccino Topping Sauce gives coffee lovers a milky cappuccino flavour in a squeezy bottle, for gelato, iced coffees and plated desserts.
Produced in Belgium in a 1kg squeezy bottle, its anti-drip cap lets you pipe a clean line or a pattern without a spoon or a jug.
Is There Real Coffee in Cappuccino Sauce?
Yes: coffee extract supplies the coffee, and sweetened condensed milk, a fifth of the sauce, brings the milky side of a cappuccino. Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar and dextrose sweeten it, with flavourings to round it out. Because of the condensed milk it contains milk; it is suitable for vegetarians, though not for vegans.
How to Use Cappuccino Sauce
Drizzle it over batch gelato to give it a rich coffee flavour, run it around the inside of the cup before pouring an iced coffee, or finish a dessert plate with a striking pattern. It works over affogato, tiramisu and chocolate brownies too. Kept somewhere dark and dry, under 25°C, an unopened bottle lasts 24 months.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
