This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
Mochi has made the leap from Japanese tea houses to trend lists everywhere, and this mould brings its soft, pressed flower shape to chocolate. Chocolate World's mochi mould casts twenty-one 9.6 g pieces per fill, each a 29.5 mm dome of eight rounded lobes meeting at a button centre.
It is a quietly contemporary shape that flatters pastel colour and Asian flavours alike.
How to Use Praline Moulds
Shell, fill and cap for a classic praline, or cast solid for a clean sculptural bite. The lobed surface takes colour beautifully - mist the cavities with pastel cocoa butter for a matcha green or sakura pink finish before shelling. Centres with a little chew or cream echo the mochi idea best.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day.
- From September to December, orders placed after 3pm on Friday but before 10am on Sunday will also be delivered on the Monday, excluding palletised orders.
- Delivery on orders under £150 (ex. VAT) is £8 plus VAT. No minimum order requirement.
- Orders including personalised items, to-order products or card cut to size are unlikely to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
