This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
Blackberry is the first ingredient in the pot - whole fruit with blackberry juice - and you can see it: the berries sit whole in the deep purple paste. That makes this the hedgerow end of the berry shelf, darker and rounder than raspberry, and unmistakably British on an autumn menu.
How to Use Blackberry Flavour Compound
Stir in at 40 to 100g per litre of mix and mix well before use - a wider dosing window than most of the shelf, so it works as a background note at the bottom of the range and as the lead flavour at the top. It suits gelato and ice cream bases, sorbet, pastry creams, fruit fillings and coulis-style sauces. Add it to the liquid phase and taste as you go. Store the pot tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).

- If your order is large enough for a pallet, we may give you a quick call to ask if you’re able to accept them. Pallet Track can make sure pallets are delivered right to your door, but we do understand that not everyone is able to receive them.
