Strawberry FrappShake

Ingredients

  • 750g Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006/SGC1006P)
  • 1000ml Pasteurised Semi Skimmed Milk
  • 3000ml Water
  • 350g Colac Strawberry Paste (SGF1822)

Method

Kids and grown ups alike will love these super-thick, ice cream strawberry milkshakes! Sweet, fruity and delicious, they're the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries for a fabulous seasonal treat!

How to Make a Strawberry FrappShake:

If you would like to make your FrappShake richer then use whole milk instead of semi skimmed. 

  1. Heat the milk to 70°c 
  2. Add the Colac gelato base and blend for 2 minutes 
  3. Add the water and strawberry paste then blend 
  4. Pour into the FrappShake machine and churn 
  5. Serve and decorate as your customers prefer!

Enjoyed this recipe? We decorated ours with whipped cream, strawberry topping sauce (SGF1700), Ruby chocolate Crispearls (SDS891) and white chocolate Crispearls (SDS885). But you can decorate yours however you like!
