Ingredients
- 40 g pistachio paste
- 4 cl Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache
- 30 cl pomegranate juice
- Clear ice stick or ice cubes

Travel back in time with this chocolate mocktail made with pistachio, pomegranate and gold chocolate ganache.
How to make Constantinopla
Ingredients
- 40 g pistachio paste
- 4 cl Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache
- 30 cl pomegranate juice
- Clear ice stick or ice cubes
Method
- The day before: Melt the pistachio paste and the hot pomegranate juice together. Cool in the fridge overnight.
- Filter the mix through a paper filter.
- Pour the mix in a mixing glass with ice and add the Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache. Stir.
- Put into a nitro siphon with a CO2 charger.
- Serve on ice.
