What does Callebaut Gold taste like?

It’s a Belgian white chocolate flavoured with lightly salted caramel and containing flavours of butter, toffee… and a delectable creaminess.

Can I use Callebaut Gold in any application?

Gold is a medium fluidity chocolate, in the classic callet form, and it works beautifully in almost any application, from chocolate spreads to bars, ganache to truffles. Bakers love it because it introduces a point of flavour difference to their bakes, while being an excellent quality chocolate consumers will appreciate.

We  recommend using Callebaut Gold to make neapolitans, sprinkled with almonds and dried apricots. Neapolitans fit perfectly into our recyclable stick boxes.
