This product is repacked in a facility that handles nuts, peanuts, gluten (Including cereals containing gluten), egg, soya, milk and sulphites.
Sharp, deep and made with a full weight of fruit - MSK's Sour Cherry Flavour Compound uses 100g of sour cherries for every 100g of compound, backed with sour cherry juice, so the sharpness your bases usually lose to sugar survives into the finished dessert. The pot is its own evidence: whole cherries sit visible in the dark red paste.
Sour cherry earns its place where sweet cherry falls flat. It cuts through cream, chocolate and almond bases instead of sinking into them, and it carries a deep burgundy colour into the mix.
How to Use Sour Cherry Flavour Compound
Stir in at 80 to 100g per litre of mix and mix well before use. That dose suits gelato and ice cream bases, bavarois, pastry creams and fruit fillings; add it to the liquid phase and taste as you go - it is a concentrate, and the sourness builds quickly. Store the pot tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

- FREE next business day delivery by DPD or APC on all orders over £150 (ex. VAT).
