Tadoka is vanilla you count rather than weigh. Each small black piece is one 4g dose, so flavouring a kilo of cream, batter or sauce comes down to dropping in one or two and letting them melt.

Inside every piece are ground vanilla beans, vanilla concentrate and reused vanilla seeds, bound in cocoa butter so it melts quickly into warm mixes or grates finely over a finished dessert.

What Is Tadoka? 

Tadoka is Norohy's one-step vanilla, developed with chefs and built on two varieties from two origins. Planifolia vanilla from Madagascar brings woody, spicy notes, and Tahitensis vanilla from Papua New Guinea adds floral and aniseed ones. A quarter of each piece is ground vanilla bean, and there is no added water or sugar.

How to Use Tadoka 

Use one piece per kilo for a light vanilla and two for a stronger one. Drop the pieces into hot cream, milk or a sauce and stir until they disappear, or melt them into a ganache or a cake batter. To finish a dish, grate a piece over a fruit tart, a bowl of berries or a cappuccino. Tadoka works in savoury cooking as well as sweet, and a 250g bag holds around 60 doses.
