Ginger Pieces

Our ginger pieces come from Buderim Ginger, an independent Australian grower and producer of fine quality ginger and ginger products. When raw ginger arrived in Buderim, Australia years ago, it thrived in the humid climate and volcanic soil. Then, during the Second World War, imported ginger was hard to come by, and local sales soared.  

Nowadays, Buderim Ginger is recognised worldwide as the producer of the world’s finest ginger, and has achieved BRC, Halal and Kosher certifications. Our ginger mini cubes are bakestable and suitable for vegans, and are delicious as a decoration on gingerbread cupcakes, or baked into ginger biscuits, or even stirred into savoury cooking such as curries and stews.
