Chocolate Mint Mocha

Ingredients

  • 30g Van Houten Passion Chocolate Powder (CNC340)
  • 200ml Milk or Dairy Alternative
  • 2 Drops of Mint Flavouring (SCF0657)
  • Q.S. Callebaut Dark Chocolate Flavour Topping (SGF1900)

Method

What better combination is there than dark chocolate and mint? This would make the perfect after dinner drink for when your guests are too full for dessert, but still fancy something sweet!

How to Make a Chocolate Mint Mocha:

  1. Decorate a glass with Callebaut Dark Chocolate Flavour Topping 
  2. Steam milk and Van Houten Passion Chocolate Powder together
  3. Add a couple of drops of mint flavouring 
  4. Pour into a glass 
  5. Get creative with decorations! We like a drizzle of Mint Topping Sauce, some Dark Chocolate Shavings and Crystallised Mint Fragments
