Van Houten Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • Van Houten Dark Chocolate Drink Powder
  • Van Houten Milk Chocolate Drink Powder
  • Van Houten Ruby Chocolate Drink Powder
  • Van Houten Gold Chocolate Drink Powder
  • Van Houten White Chocolate Drink Powder
  • Water

Method

Almost every great chocolate cocktail or mocktail starts with a base of ganache. Making the perfect ganache however is easy. All you need is a proven recipe. Crafting hot and cold ground chocolate beverages was never this easy!

How to make the perfect ganache

Ingredients 

  Dark Milk White Ruby Gold
Chocolate Powder  100g 100g 100g 100g 100g
Water 100ml 80ml 45ml 50ml 50ml

Method

  1. Pour the hot water in a plastic bowl.
  2. Add Van Houten Ground Chocolate and stir gently.
  3. Cover the bowl and store in the fridge for 12 hours.
  4. Take out of the fridge 30-60 minutes before use.
  5. Blend with a spatula.
  6. Pour into a squeeze bottle and use! If you have stored the bottles in the fridge, warm them in hot water before using.

TIP: The ganaches can be stored up to 72 hours in the fridge; 24 hours at room temperature.
