Aztec Gold Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2cl Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 4cl Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate Ganache (plus extra for decoration)
- 4cl Mezcal
- 1.5cl Cointreau
- Ice
- Pinch of Salt
Method
Surprise and delight with a sip of the legendary lost City of Gold. This indulgent cocktail brings together the flavours of caramel and white chocolate with orange and tequila for a rich and decadent twist on a classic margarita!
How to Make Aztec Gold Cocktail:
- Make your Gold chocolate ganache ahead of time by combining 100g Van Houten Gold Chocolate Drink Powder and 50ml water.
- Blend together the lime juice, the Gold chocolate ganache, the Mezcal, the Cointreau, a pinch of salt and the ice.
- Decorate the rim of a glass with ganache and salt.
- Pour the blend into the glass and serve.
