  • 800g Callebaut Milk Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • 800g Callebaut White Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • 800g Callebaut Dark Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • Dark Chocolate Curls
  • 3 Litres of Milk

Can’t decide which chocolate mousse to go for? Why not try all three! This trio of chocolate mousses is an eye-catching and decadent dessert that is so simple to make, but thanks to Callebaut’s Belgian chocolate mousse powders, tastes incredible!  

How to Make Triple Chocolate Mousse: 

  1. Combine each pack of Callebaut chocolate mousse powder with 1 litre of milk or dairy alternative in three separate bowls 
  2. Beat each mousse for 5 minutes and pipe into glass dishes in the order of your choice (we like white, milk then dark) 
  3. Before serving, decorate with chocolate curls, topping sauce, and anything else you fancy!
