Tiramisu Croissant

Ingredients
- 6 croissants
- 400ml double cream
- Q.S. Colac Tiramisu Flavour Compound
- 40g icing sugar
- Q.S. cocoa powder
Method
All the indulgence of a classic Italian dessert in croissant form. These Tiramisu Croissants are filled with silky tiramisu-flavoured cream and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Ingredients
- 6 croissants
- 400ml double cream
- Q.S. Colac Tiramisu Flavour Compound
- 40g icing sugar
- Q.S. cocoa powder
Method
- Slice the croissants in half.
- In a stand mixer, whisk the cream with the icing sugar and your desired amount of Tiramisu flavour compound until soft peaks form.
- Fit a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with the flavoured cream.
- Pipe the cream generously onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Replace the top half and dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
