Tiramisu Croissant

Ingredients

  • 6 croissants
  • 400ml double cream
  • Q.S. Colac Tiramisu Flavour Compound
  • 40g icing sugar
  • Q.S. cocoa powder

Method

All the indulgence of a classic Italian dessert in croissant form. These Tiramisu Croissants are filled with silky tiramisu-flavoured cream and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

  1. Slice the croissants in half.
  2. In a stand mixer, whisk the cream with the icing sugar and your desired amount of Tiramisu flavour compound until soft peaks form.
  3. Fit a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with the flavoured cream.
  4. Pipe the cream generously onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Replace the top half and dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
