Dark couverture with an intense cocoa body, balanced taste and light sweetness. A chocolate with a pure and intense taste of cocoa thanks to the Q-fermentation method. Mainly West African cocoa beans, mostly Forastero variety. Pairs particularly well with tones of pepper, cloves, lime, hazelnut and violet.
