Vanilla Ice Cream Bases

The Colac Complete Vanilla Base Mix is a pre-mixed powder for scoop ice cream and gelato, and it contains everything a batch needs except the liquid: add water or milk, churn, and you have a creamy vanilla ice cream to serve as it is or to use as the starting point for other flavours.

What Can I Add To A Vanilla Base?

Vanilla sits behind many classic scoops. Ripple caramel or dulce de leche through it, fold in a nut paste such as pistachio or hazelnut, or add a fruit puree for flavour and colour. Colac flavour compounds and flavouring masses work the same way, and caramels give a swirl you can see in the tray.

Do You Have Other Base Mixes?
