Figure Moulds

Figure moulds turn chocolate into characters and keepsakes that stand on a shelf or sit on top of a gift. This page covers figure designs from Chocolate World and Martellato, from the 3D Mr Bunny and the Sitting Rabbit Origami to a Nutcracker, a Ghost, a Heart and a Bauble Topper.

Which Christmas Figures Can I Make?

Christmas is the busiest season here: the Nutcracker and Bauble Topper sit alongside magnetic moulds for two different Santa Claus designs, a Reindeer and a Christmas Tree. On the magnetic versions you can lay a transfer sheet in first and print a pattern straight onto the front of the figure.

How Do I Add Colour to a Figure?

Paint or spray coloured cocoa butter into the mould before you pour, and the colour sets into the surface of the figure. Pick out a rabbit's ears, a Santa's coat or a nutcracker's uniform, then unmould and finish by hand. For hollow eggs, head to Easter Egg Moulds.
