Ready-mixed cocoa butter colours from Roxy & Rich and Mona Lisa Studio can be used with airbrush spray guns to decorate and colour your chocolate moulds. Or alternatively, by hand - painted or flicked directly into your moulds, or onto finished (tempered and still-wet) chocolate or patisserie. Prefer E171-free or Non-Azo? There's a colourful cocoa butter option for you.
