Coloured Cocoa Butters

Coloured cocoa butters are ready-mixed cocoa butter colours from Roxy & Rich and Mona Lisa Studio. Spray them through an airbrush gun into chocolate moulds, or paint and flick them by hand into the moulds or onto finished chocolate and patisserie while it is tempered and still wet.

Which Colours Can I Choose From?

The palette runs from Natural Yellow and Natural Midnight Blue through jewel shades such as Yellow Jasper, Red Ruby and Teal Sapphire to Sparkling Gold, Sparkling Silver and Sparkling Copper. Click 'Palette View' to see the full spectrum laid out like a paint chart.
