This Christmas, we’re inviting you into a world where chocolates come to life. Inspired by Ned the Nutcracker’s magical stroll through the Enchanted Forest, our six new chocolate moulds are designed to bring a sprinkle of wonder to your festive creations.
From nostalgic centrepieces to whimsical woodland treats, our latest moulds offer endless creative possibilities to help you enchant your customers this season.
Nutcracker
Every festive collection needs a hero, and our Nutcracker mould is the star of the show. This classic figure adds a nostalgic, traditional touch to Christmas gifting ranges.
Flavour pairing: Fill with creamy pistachio praline for a deliciously nutty twist that’s as indulgent as it is eye-catching.
Top tip: Bring your Nutcracker to life by brushing the mould with metallic cocoa butters before casting your chocolate. For an extra luxurious finish, fill with hazelnut praline or spiced caramel ganache.
Gingerbread man
Amongst the laughter and cheer of the forest folk, Ned joined a feast full of festive favourites. The Gingerbread Man mould brings playful nostalgia to your Christmas collection, with its classic, charming design.
Flavour pairing: Gingerbread caramel – the comforting, spiced flavour of Christmas in every bite.
Top tip: Give your gingerbread friends some festive flair by using chocolate transfer sheets for quick, eye-catching decoration. Or opt for a hand-crafted finish with white chocolate details and coloured cocoa butters to add cheerful buttons and cheeky smiles.
No enchanted forest would be complete without a dusting of snow, and our snowflake moulds create elegant, wintry designs that are sure to catch the eye.
Top tip: Use the snowflakes to decorate chocolate bars, top festive hot chocolate bombs, or present them individually as stocking fillers. Dust lightly with pearl shimmer powder for an icy, magical finish.
Pinecones & toadstools
As Ned wandered deeper into the Enchanted Forest, he discovered twinkling pinecones and curious toadstools beneath the snowy trees. Our pinecone and mushroom moulds capture this woodland magic, adding texture and detail to your festive creations.
Flavour pairings:
- Pinecones: Try blackcurrant & liquorice ganache for a bold, grown-up flavour or go for a Buck’s Fizz filling with a zesty kick. Pair each with silver or copper shimmer spray for a luxe, seasonal sparkle.
- Mushrooms: Think storybook charm with milk chocolate shells filled with coconut ganache and rolled in desiccated coconut. Or craft an elegant contrast using dark chocolate with a rich chocolate-cherry ganache centre.
