  • 10g Nibbed Pistachios (SCN300A)
  • Q.S. E Free Green Colouring Powder (SCR382)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 10g Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder (SCF0912P)
  • Q.S. E Free Yellow Colouring Powder (SCR386)
  • 10g Candied Lemon Peel Shavings (SCF0812A)

How to Make Crispy Cereal Chocolate Bars


Dark Chocolate Cereal Bar

Ingredients

  • Temptation 64 Belgian dark chocolate
  • Crispy cereals (toasted oats, seeds, puffed rice, etc.)

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and temper.
  2. Sprinkle the crispy cereals into the mould.
  3. Add the tempered chocolate.
  4. Top with extra crispy cereals.

Pistachio Chocolate Cereal Bar

Ingredients

  • Obsession 30 Belgian white chocolate
  • Crispy cereals
  • Nibbed pistachios
  • Green colour powder
  • Salt flakes

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate, add the green colour powder and temper.
  2. Sprinkle crispy cereals and nibbed pistachios into the mould.
  3. Add the tempered chocolate.
  4. Top with extra crispy cereals, pistachios and a sprinkle of salt flakes.

Ruby Chocolate Cereal Bar

Ingredients

  • Callebaut Ruby RB2 chocolate
  • Crispy cereals
  • Freeze-dried raspberry powder

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate, temper and stir in the raspberry powder.
  2. Sprinkle crispy cereals into the mould.
  3. Add the ruby chocolate.
  4. Top with more crispy cereals.

Lemon Chocolate Cereal Bar

Ingredients

  • Obsession 30 Belgian white chocolate
  • Yellow colouring powder
  • Candied lemon peel shavings
  • Crispy cereals

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate, temper and add the yellow colouring powder.
  2. Sprinkle crispy cereals and candied lemon peel into the mould.
  3. Add the chocolate.
  4. Top with extra crispy cereals and lemon peel.
  5. Leave to set, unmould and enjoy!
