We’ve teamed up with IBC to challenge you to invent an amazing colourful chocolate creation using Power Flowers !
Power Flowers™ is a revolutionary and unique new colouring system to be used in chocolate and pastry which is designed to be simple and easy to use. We know that our nation’s chocolatiers and bakers are the masters of creativity so we thought it would be a great idea to challenge you to come up with something impressive using Power Flowers™. Your coloured chocolate creation can literally be anything you like; a centrepiece, a dessert, patisserie, chocolate pralines, a novelty figure, absolutely anything!

We’re really excited to have John Costello as our judge for the competition! John is a senior confectioner at Nestlé with an impressive list of previous roles including an apprenticeship at Slattery’s, a tutor at the National Bakery School and a chocolate consultant. As a winner of many chocolate and pastry competitions including the prestigious 2010 UK World Chocolate Masters, John is the perfect judge for our creative competition!
So now you’ve decided to enter the competition you just need to purchase your Power Flowers™!
One of the rules of the competition is to ensure your creation meets the colour concentration levels set within EU Legislation. Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Keylink Ltd and IBC. The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. The prize isn’t transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives are offered. The entrants are responsible for all ingredient costs.
