- 22g Matcha Tea Powder (SCF0459)
- 80g Whole Pistachios (SCN250A)
- 923g Callebaut Ruby RB2 Chocolate (SCC1628)

How to Make Ruby Tablets with Matcha Tea & Pistachios:
You could use our 100g Chocolate Bar Mould SMP8000 and make 10 bars
- Position whole pistachios and matcha tea powder in the bottom of your mould.
- Temper your Ruby RB2 chocolate and pour into the mould.
- Smooth the back and clean the sides of your mould.
- Sprinkle more matcha powder and chopped pistachio pieces onto the wet chocolate.
- Leave to crystallise at 16°C for at least 2 hours before unmoulding.
