Tutti Frutti Gelato

Ingredients

  • 1kg Colac Neutral White Base (SGC1006/1006P)
  • 3kg Whole Milk
  • 400g Forest Fruits Flavour Paste (SGF1804)

Method

Tutti frutti ice cream has been a popular flavour in the UK since the 1860s, and it's still one of the biggest sellers for many ice creameries and gelaterias. Our take on the classic flavour combines Colac's creamy neutral gelato base and their Forest Fruits flavour paste, for a tutti frutti gelato that your customers will rave about!

How to Make Tutti Frutti Gelato:

  1. Heat the milk (70-85°c)
  2. Add the Colac neutral gelato base and blend for 2+ minutes
  3. Allow to cool, add the Forest Fruits flavour paste and blend
  4. Then churn, decorate and store as you would normally

Enjoyed this recipe? This tutti frutti gelato would make a fantastic ice cream sundae, layered with Forest Fruits sundae topping! Or chop freeze-dried fruit and stir through for a little added texture.
