Cuberdon is a popular Belgian confectionery, a hard candy on the outside, shaped like a cone (though the Belgians refer to them as shaped like noses!) with a gooey, raspberry-flavoured sweet candy centre inside. The flavour is similar to the ‘Wham Bars’ from the '80s, if you remember those, it will catapult you straight back there! It is a sweet fruit candy taste that would go amazingly with gelato and with a sprinkle of chocolate coated popping candy! You really have to try it! 

Best in fat-based applications such as ice cream, buttercream and ganache, or simply pipe a small amount directly into bonbon shells followed by your other fillings for a bold taste of raspberry Cuberdon in each chocolate!

• Make flavourful ice cream – Add 5 - 7.5% to your ice cream mixture for a delicious ice cream, gelato or sorbet 

Pairing Cuberdon Flavour Compound

Cuberdon flavour compound would pair nicely with white chocolate or dark chocolate, as well as strawberry, peach, cherry and mango! Finish your creations with a drizzle of Blue Bear Bubblegum topping sauce, or White Chocolate topping sauce, or Raspberry Cuberdon topping sauce!
